When an event is cancelled or postponed, The Traveller Inc. may, at its sole and exclusive discretion, either offer you an exchange or a refund. You have the sole responsibility of verifying if an event for which you have purchased tickets through this website is cancelled or postponed. If an event is cancelled or postponed, The Traveller Inc. will post its cancellation or postponement on this website.
Canadian citizens and residents of Canada of other nationalities, such as landed immigrants, must be in possession of their required documentation such as a valid passport, visas or affidavits. The Traveller Inc. will not be held responsible should your entry to the destination be refused, even with the proper documentation. It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain, at their own expense, all documentation required by all relevant government authorities, and this may vary depending on your citizenship status. In the event that the passenger does not possess the required documentation required by the destination, you may be refused the right of passage by the carrier or destination. The Traveller Inc. is not responsible for missed documentation and additional expenses incurred in obtaining these documents. Transfer times will be provided in advance, and you MUST meet the transfer vehicles at the designated time and location. If you do not arrive during the dedicated transfer times, you will be required to make transfer arrangements at your own expense.

Upon check-in, guests will be required to leave a credit card imprint at the front desk for incidental charges. Your room + taxes have been taken care of and any additional services will be at the expense of each guest.
